I noticed there was an article about counting the number of users on your site with PHP..... is there a similar method for ASP?

Also an article about Image uploading to a Database in PHP or ASP would be super! (sorry if there already is one, but I couldnt find it!!)

I have an idea... What about writing an article on module-based programming? What I mean is a tutorial or theory on making a framework where you can add/create, remove and edit modules independent from the base-framwork.. The modules would basically work like plugins/addons. Do you know what I mean?

I haven't seen that anywhere else.. so if someone have done something like that before, I suggest you start writing!

Here are a few:

1) Article on integration PHPbb 2.x into your website. Include items such as changing headers and basic administration. Perhaps to display the top 10 messages and/or forums.

2) Article on creating a website for PDAs, such as iPAQ.

3) Article on wireless technology, such as 802.11b.

4) Article on WinTV cards or a review of a PVS (Personal Video System) such as SnapStream (www.snapstream.com)

5) Article on writing your own socket server.

6) Article on submitting your website to major search engines.

7) Aritcle for adding your own search toolbar to IE similar to Goggle's.

8) Article on using phpmysqladmin.

9) Article on creating an image map with zoom in/out...

10) Article on using SQL Server CE with a Windows CE

11) Article on using Microsoft's free eTools IDE, such as eVB and eVisualC. Check out (www.devbuzz.com)

just to let you guys know, im currently working on a dynamic flash article, that once i figure out what im doing wrong, will be up asap, i also might do that news system war angel, what sorta function are you looking for in the system

Check out http://radnews.delonic.org/ .. It's the news-system I'm working on.. oh, well.. Haven't worked on it for the last few weeks, but hey, it's summer...

I'm going to write an article about user authentication first, and if someone hasn't started working on that article on news-with-comments by the time I'm finished, I'll write that too.. unless Ben has decided for sure that he'll write it of course.. I don't want to step on any toes here..

eheh, up to you, ill have alot of free time on my hands soon tho, so ill have heaps of time to write it
