New section of site

Hello everyone.
Me and the entire team have been thinking of adding a new section to the site where users can post/download code snippets, etc for various programming languages including ASP, C#, PHP, Perl, VB, etc.

What are your thoughts on this? Would you like to contribute or would you like to download... or maybe even both? Please post your thoughts here so we can get a better feel for what everyone wants.

as a new user to your site and still feeling my way around, I would be a downloader of code snipets. especially PHP.

Can you expain how this would be done?? like would it only be the authors or every one?? and whould their be a rating system?? like say one of the authors does a mini review and gives it a rating, then the theirs a public rating as well
