Red face .txt file to Excel

I have a .txt file the I imported to Excel. I haveto manually convert each field to text. Is there a way to do this automatically?

I assume that you are going to Data->Get External Data->Import Text File... and you can get to Text Import Wizard Step 3 of 3. If you can get there, try clicking on the first column heading it will probably say "General". When the column is highlighed (background is black) move the scroll bar to the last column and while holding down the shift button on your keyboard left click on the last column heading. This should highlight or select all columns. Then just click the "Text" radial button in the top right of the window. It should make all columns Text format.
