Hello there,
Does anybody know where I can get Partition Manager or any other partition managing tool? I am trying to partition my hard drive disk so that I can install Debian Linux into my laptop (Acer TM290 with Win XP Pro already installed). I tried to use this tool called Ranish Partition Manager, but everytime when I tried to start this thing, the GUI always asks for floppy drive, which the machine doesn't even have. Thank you in advance. Young |

Partition Magic was bought by Semantic...
You can purchase it here: Symantic's Partition Magic site It's the only one i've used, so it's the only one I can recommend. |

Thank you
Hello MadCowDzz,
Thank you for your recommendation. Unfortunately, $70 isn't kind of money I can afford to get the software. But I guess that's the way it is. Thank you anyways. Young |
