Access Image Coordinates

Dear All,

I m going to develop a asp.net image.

car model image
different circle pointing some specific areas of image
each circle has specific number
I have stored coordinates (x,y) of numbered circle in database
For Each x,y coordinate i have stored some sort of detail data.
Now i wish that on click i have to get the coordinate and wants to display a separate small to display that content.

if Any one have idea then kindly assist me.
