e-newsletter software
I'm looking for simple software to develop an e-newsletter. I have NO programming background and although I currently have dreamweaver and frontpage on my computer, I was hoping there may be something more "step by step" out there that I can use. I want to create a template that simply gets updated on a quarterly basis with new articles. Sounds so simple! Unfortuneately I don't know anything about putting in links and placing things on the server.
We have a huge IT department that is currently "unavailable" to assist marketing these days so I'm on my own! I'd appreciate any feedback Thanks! LV

What type of e-newsletter would you like?
an HTML or plain-text version that gets emailed around, or a PDF version that can be downloaded?
