Help!!!!!!!
Hello all,
New to the forum, and, new to the development side of things.
I started a site with a table at the top for a header, table at the bottom, while in between I implemented 3 frames for the body.
HOWEVER, I'm experiencing problems with the sizing, as the layout changes depending on the screen size and resolution.
WOULD BE VERY GREATFUL FOR SOME ADVICE
