How do I make boxes apper with graphix or text when an item is moused over
I would like to add baloons but nice ones with decriptions of the item being moused over How is the best whay to do this?

There are thousands and probably millions of tutorials for doing this sort of thing out there on top of support for this sort of behavior in major HTML editors. Basically, you'll build a layer containing the content and with your balloon graphic as a background and you'll activate the layer onmouseover. Do some googline and come back with specific problems and code snippets.
