How do people go about webpage layout
I've been into webdesign for a few years now (php, mysql, photoshop etc), but still am a little confused about how people go about creating the layout for their websites.

Do people drawing their website in Photoshop/ImageReady and then use slices/rollovers etc. Or are people laying out their websites in CSS div elements.

I'd be interested to know how people go about creating ther layout.

Photoshop with out the roll overs but yes on the slices.
