How to get my contact us script work.

hi, i added a contact us script in my php page it's working as it's supposed to work, but i am not getting any email from my page.
i downloaded the script from the following site :

from site thewebhelp.com
php contactus form with image validation
please check it out.

i changed my email in them mailer script but nothing seems to work.
