You have "Good" traffic but of course you really want more I would suggest starting a blog/news pages/rss feed and start analysing the keywords/descriptions etc your using.

hi, there are many way to get alexa ranking, if you can do then you should go for link building, social bookmarking otherwise you should hire any SEO expert for this work. Hope this will help you.

Hi Its good that you have good traffic for your website. Now you should maintain your traffic to increase page rank and visitors will come more and more. you want to increase your alexa than download alexa tool from firefox, open alexa site and search your website traffic in site. and maintain your Poisson in search engine.

Well that's good if you have enough traffic then you should proceed further and start link building in a prescribed way. Because link building is a stage where you start earning.

- Create blog related to your website niche and post there articles
- Be an active member on forums, blog and article directories

Good traffic is invariably search engine traffic and to get that, you have to constantly update your site with good contents, do seo, build one way backlinks from authority sites and repeat the said procedures again...
