IE6/7 Table Cell Blowout

Ive tried to find some articles on the internet to see why my webpage navigation is blowing out. Firefox, Safari, etc. All work fine, just IE6/7 errors. Ive tried a few things but to no avail. Does anyone know if something can be done. If you need to know my webpage link just let me know.

Basically my webpage has a top banner, then the middle is split in 4, two outside link sections, plus two different news sections in the middle. This website is for 2 guilds, hence split.
