Is Mozilla the best browser???

Hi guys,
Can anyone tell me what is the main deference between IE and Mozilla Firefox ? I have been using IE (version 6.0) for one year but from now on I have decided to use Firefox. I just want to know as to what Mozilla can do which Internet Explorer can not.
Thanks!

browser

I guess that "best" is in the eye of the user. I use 3 browsers, IE6, Firefiox, and Opera. IE is more forgiving of poorly marked-up pages ("fixes" bad HTML code), but is notorious for not supporting standards so well. IE is also well known for security risks, although it's wide use is a factor in it's being targeted.
Both Firefox and Opera allow for browser customization. If you know javascript, GreaseMonkey userscripts, and Opera user javascripts can let you do all sorts of things.
Primarily, I use IE to read my hotmail email and for desktop app development,
Firefox for web development,
and Opera as my "main" browser.

The best browser is Opera! Opera is the one, the only real browser, that's created for browsing and navigating the web! It contains tons of built-in features that IE completely misses and FF has only as extensions. It's small, fast and works on any platform, even on mobile phones (Opera Mini) and Nintendo Wii!

Firefox add-on

Firefox has a great add-on which allows you to easily switch the page you are viewing between the FF engin (Gecko?) and the IE Engine.

This way you can look at your page in 2 tabs (one IE one FF) or just keep flipping back and forth on the same window and see the differences quickly.

If you use Firefox for 99.9% of your browsing, you can also set it so when you go to a particular website it will automatically render using IE instead of FF.

I find this handy because your intranet was originally designed for IE and I haven't had the chance to change it to work with FF yet. So I set our entire domain ( http://intranet_name/* ) to render in IE so I don't have to think about it.

Either way, the information for this add on is located here

(no www) addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/35 ( sorry, since this is my first post I am not allowed to include a URL )
