Wink Navigation drop down window

Hi people
Could anyone help me with some html code please, the idea (and I’ve seen it a lot on the web) is to have a small drop down list appear when viewers put there mouse over a link to pages on the site. I hope this makes sense. I’m very new to the html world so please keep it simple.

Thanks

Sorry, but...

Wow...it looks like we're starting from rock bottom, huh? Well, let me say this. The expanding window thing is possible, but it's not just HTML you need to know. You need to know CSS and JavaScript to do that kind of thing.
But, if you want, you can get some software to make the menu for you. My favorite is at www.milonic.com and dhtml-menu.com (guess what they're all about!) Hope this helped.

I recommend the Suckerfish Menu System. The two variants at positioniseverything.net have some extra benefits not found in the other variants.

Frostbyte, I suggest you read these articles.

I have a much higher opinion of the Suckerfish Menu System than this author, however, he does explain the pitfalls of DHTML menus well.
