news poster

I need to put a news poster like thing. I believe it is php script. I want it where all the staff members of your site can post news on the homepage. Will someone help me out?

Which part don't you understand?

The article deals with everything from submitting the article, to deleting articles, and editing articles...

To get it to work, you need to upload it to your server (assuming you're not running PHP/Apache or IIS on your own machine)... Place it into a directory, and execute the script... Depending on how you design the administrative backend, you would run the page that presents you with the menu or login (ie: admin.html or admin.php, etc.).

As for coding your own, Matt's article would definitely get you on your way.
