Pricing...
Hey,
I have been wondering how much to charge for a website, i dont want to charge by hour due to the fact that i like to say $ per page, but i will have to put a limit on how many hours i can work on one page, i dont want to have to work on one page for about 2 days and only make the same as the one i build in 1 hour. colton22

IMO, check for the current market rates for the kind of work you are doing. Accordingly you can charge the customer at the same Price or something less than that. It totally depends on you and your client. It should be a Win-Win situation.

Also consider on-going support of the content... are you expected to be doing the updates or are you simply handing over a bunch of pages... Sometimes you can undercut the cost of initial development when you know you'll have a relationship with the client for a few years.
I also tend to disagree with the "per-page" way of charging... it should be per-solution... Base it more on the scale of the site, not necessarily the size. 5 pages, 6 pages... same difference... About us or product list? that might be a different story.
