Reservation Forms Query.

Hello everyone,
I am building a site which includes information about hotels. I am facing
problems concerning the reservation forms. Could anyone plese suggest
an efficient way of implementing them. To be more specific, I am thinking
to add a button which will call a reservation form, changing each time the
recipients email address to the equivelent, according to the button pressed.
I believe this is more efficient than creating a seperate reservation form page for each hotel.
However, I cannot find the code that the button needs in order to change the recipients address
each time on the form. I am working on Dreamweaver MX using HTML.

Please help me with the button code or suggest a different way to do this.

Where is the form submitting it?
Is the form being sent to a server-side language?
Or are you not using a server-side language at all?

Instead of a different form for each hotel, why not have a drop down box listing the different hotels one can make a reservation?
