Somebody help me?

I am currently attempting to convert a table-based site to one that uses CSS for the layout. The major problem that I am having while doing this, though, is getting it to look consisent in every browser. In the attached file there is more detailed description of the problem, the XHTML code I am currently working with, and screen shots of several browser tests.
hope someone help me!

tables to css

I don't see any "attachment". Please post a link to the page. Getting a site to look "identical" in all browsers and devices at all resolutions and text size settings in all versions is impossible. (and always has been). But you should be able to get a site to look reasonably "similar" in all major browsers and versions, and acceptable in other devices if you write valid mark-up and css and don't use any "browser specific" code.
