Web design without programming
Hi,
I run a retailed garment shop and can afford little money for advertisement. I’ve been told that hiring a web designer is a costly affair. Can any one tell me some simple steps to build my website from development to publishing on the web without programming?

You should use frontpage or dreamweaver to develop a simple website. Moreover there are many tutorial sites to learn how to develop a website.

Tips for you:
1. Try to download free web templates. 2. Download or watch videos about web designing/developing. A basic video of "how to build a website" in Youtube. 3. Learn the basic HTML and CSS in the tutorials of w3c school. By doing this, you might help you. Or you can PM me to guide you on building your website.
