website
Hi microwave, welcome to the forums,
There are "website builder" apps, but AFAIK none of them offer "complete" solutions for a complex site. Although it is possible for someone with limited knowledge and experience to put together a non-professional "personal" type of site, for something as complex as what you describe, there are some problems. Do you want to do it by yourself? This might be possible if you are a fast learner and have lots and lots of time (ie. you don't care when the site gets launched). if you want the site launched relatively soon, then you could hire out ($$$). Maybe your best option would be to find a website host that provides the features you want (eg. flash) and design and development services. I don't know of any off-hand, but if you do a search you should be able to find some. |

I haven't heard of any shuch softwares available in the market for replacing programmers. But in future we may see some good software.IMO you will find some good developers that you can hire for the same.

1 piece of software to write in any language?
Notepad usually offers compatibility with most programming languages. ![]() I think he software you use depends on the language you choose... some common web languages are PHP, Ruby on Rails, ASP.NET, and Java. Choosing one would depend on who's going to actually make the site (it's unclear if that's you or if you are hiring). Also, I would investigate the cost of server space and reliability of hosts for each language, as not all hosting companies support all languages. As far as security goes, from a language perspective... generally the language is only as secure as the programmer makes its. If you accidentally leave holes or follow some poor programming practices, you're leaving the site open to hackers.
