Question Where do I start?

Hi all I'm new.

Ok this is what I have,

A domain and server with MySQL 4.1.1 and PHP support.

This is what I want,

I want to create a community website, with a forum, an ezine.

The website should be linked to the forum by the same login details. I think PostNuke and PNPhpBB do this but I do not understand how.

I want the user to be able to register on the website (or forum) and they recieve their own little area to upload pictures and articles, they can subscribe to the ezine and edit their forum profile.

So questions,

1. Is this possible?
2. How would you go about it? (Install forum first or postnuke etc)
3. Can anyone point me to the software I would need?

Many thanks!

This is a big project he is going to do. Unfortunately, all the free programs outhere mostly they can not be integrated. If you really want a nice site such as you described I think you have to buy the programs. There are couple of programs outhere are really great, one vBulletin and the othere is PhotoPost. They are integrated to suit your needs. Hope this help.
