Where Do I Start??? :confused:
Hi I am a noob to programming. I want to be able to set up a website on the internet. It would be very alike to something like this site http themafiaboss.com . Could someone please tell me what i would need to learn before i begin.

Hi burner, welcome to the forums,
Where to start? I guess it depends on what you mean by "noob". You should have some familiarity with HTML and CSS to be sure. You may want to download WAMP or XAMPP and get some experience with PHP code. You could try a "free" (usually with banner ads and other limitations) website host, or if you have a few bucks, get a real host.
