Canadian web hosting recommendations

Hi everyone,

I've had a few people ask me to recommend a web site host. I'm based in Canada, so what Canadian hosting companies would you recommend? What experiences have you had dealing with hosting companies? Anything I should look out for?

Some requirements would be to include php, mysql or even asp.net availability. Sometimes just a static web site would be hosted.

Why should it matter where you're based? I'm based in Sydney, AU, but use a host in the US. It's almost half the price, with heaps more features.

Here's a resource I found that lists a number of inexpensive Canadian hosting providers...if you are based in canada you won't be fooled by exchange rates, you'll know your price.
