Ipower Resellers Program

I found this forum when I did a search on Ipower, so I joined.

I signed up for their Resellers Program almost a year ago and I can say it is the worst setup ever. They suck at providing proper setup.

I finally had enough of their bullcrap and filed with the Arizona BBB yesterday.

Last week, after I had renewed a domain hosting for 2 more years, they expired it. I contacted them and after being on hold for 2 hrs, they said they made a mistake and it would be corrected.

I also asked why my other domains were not listed under the Domain Central, where I can renew these domains when due. The moron, moved all the domains to Domain Central and said they would be up in 24 hrs.

I had to call again on Saturday and was told that the moron had moved unmigrated domains to a migrated server. He then switched it back.

So, here is were all my domains under my resellers program are:

All files have been lost. Could not log in to any of the domain control panel, they removed a help ticket generated by another tech support and as it stands now, none of my domains are active and they are not responding.

So, after a year of bs, I can't do business this way because my name has been disgraced. I have been humiliated because as a reseller, you are to brand your name as the host provider with no mention that it's actually Ipower. But, they left me no choice but to explain to my customers what has happened.

They too are now going to file with the Arizona BBB.

I have been using Ipower since 2001. They were great in the beginning but the past couple of years, they care more about getting the signups and not taking care of their customers.

So, I will never do another reseller web hosting program again because I now need to recoup my image.
