port help



Can you help. i have just fitted a adsl modem to my network, now im unable to forward to my ip address, with apache.

apache is running. but when i forward my domain names to ip address. the pages will not show / do i have to change the port i.e / 8080 im at a loss with this... my old modem was run from my computer but the new has its own dial up / config and its always on..

please can you assist... help please

can you point me in the right direction.

if i type http://localhost i can see my page.. but not with ip address
