Angry Apache 2.0.45 win32 help setup PHP

Hello I read this article Turning Your Windows PC Into An Apache Web Server and I was following it step by step (although I have winxp) I did what it said installing the apache server test came up great. Then installed the MSQl have not found any errors there either. But when I get to the point of using this code
LoadModule php4_module c:/php/sapi/php4apache.dll
AddModule mod_php4.c
AddType application/x-httpd-php .php
In the httpd.conf file and go to restart the server refuses to start!
I get rid of the code and boom server restarts. Please help if you can.
Thank you
