Apache and IIS Exchange question
Hello I have see on the boards questions about IIS and Apache running side by side.
So here is my question or scenario I have 2 servers running 2k3 and IIS on both I have MS exchange on both. I am trying to figure out a way to have IIS on both for MS exchange. Now I only use Server1 for the mail and web site server and Server2 is basically a backup server if something where to happen I just move mailboxes and all is good. Any way with MS Exchange there is a nice function that users like to use OWA (Outlook Web Access) the only problem that I have with this is that it requires port 80 Now I am wanting Server1 to just server up mail requests along with OWA I want server2 to act as a web server. and run Apache on it without hurting the backup that I have in place So basically this is how I would like it www.domain.com directs to Server2 = Apache www.domain.com/exchange directs to Server1 MS Exchange Is this possible? if so can you please help me out. Oh and just as a FYI I am new to Apache Thank you |

have one server running off port :8080 and the other one as port 80. that should solve the problem.
i never heard of ms exchange running off port 80, are you sure that's correct? ![]()
