apache logging to two computers simultaneously
Hi All,
Is it possible to have apache logging to two computers simultaneously ? One will be the computer apache is installed on (linux) and the second machine can be anything once the web server can simultaneously and accurately log to this machine . Is this possible? any ideas on this will be helpful. thanks Herc. |

Getting the web server to write the log twice could take a lot of resources from the webserver. Instead I would get the second machine to take copies of the log at some sort of timed interval.
Just an idea. |

Just use a script to copy the log to the second machine at a set interval.
