Can't open on other PC's on the LAN
Hi
I'm trying to create an intranet at my office. Im working on my pc (not on the server) where i have installed IIS server (with admin password). This is Windows XP Profe... I have setup the site and it can be browsed from my pc with address http://<my computer name/ The problem is i can't open the page in another pc. can you help? Sorry no apache just IIS on XP Pro

Do you know if the computer is running a software firewall?
Or perhaps your network switch is blocking traffic on the default port (port 80). If it's XP ServicePack2, make sure Windows Firewall is either off, or configured to allow IIS.
