cannot access webpage outside

dear kindly all talents
i have some problems on setting apache server as below:

im using win xp sp2 with apache ver 1.3.33
i have registered a domain for my computer
it works
i can access it through other computers besides the server
i can access it by ping function
i can access it by ftp too
but badly
i just cannot access the webpage

when i go to my server
it can access it itself! (anything, of coz include the webpage)
no matter through http://ip/ or http://domain/

so why i cannot access the webpage outside my server?
could anyone help?

Is there a firewall?
Your system may be running a software firewall, or your router may be running a firewall.
You may need to configure port forwarding on a router, to tell the router that any request on Port 80 should be redirected to Port 80 on your specific computer.
