I have an existing ASP website in IIS 5.1 and now I like to put my website in IIS 6. What are the options do I have?

You don't need to do anything different. Did you have a particular issue in mind?
Note that there is a huge difference between ASP and ASP.NET. However, ASP runs just fine on IIS6.
