Desperate help needed with apache vhost setup!
Hi Guy's
I hope someone can help me i've been trying to figure this problem out for the last 4 days!
I have apache 1.3 running on OS X and have php and mysql also running. My server is behind a router which is setup to allow port 80 to be forwarded to the server.
I have an dyndns.org address that points to my server (mysite.mine.nu) what i want to acheive is setup virtual hosts that are accessible from outside of my lan.
For example:
mysite.mine.nu (default site)
mysite.mine.nu/alpha (different site)
mysite.mine.nu/beta (etc...)
I have tried setting these up in the httpd.conf file, but can't seem to get them to work.
I used to have this working fine in IIS but I don't run a pc server anymore, and need to get it working with apache on my mac.
Can someone help me, as i'm pulling my hair out over this!! I'm even willing to pay someone £10 for helping me get this succesfully up and running!
