Help With Apache (OpenSA)

Hello, I recently installed OpenSA on this machine with Apache 2.0.44 (Edit: I forgot to mention It's running on Windows XP) and I can get everything to work but for some odd reason the server is going really slow, and it only loads 10 - 30% of the page which causes me to constantly reload the page to finish loading it. I also installed CGIProxy but i dont think that would affect it. The server is using OpenSSL 0.9.6g. If any help is posted here it would be appreciated, also if you would like more details, just tell me what to post and I'll be more then happy to post it.

Also, the site is daveisawesome.net if you want to see what's going on for yourself.

bad news man, but that server software has been discountinued for over 2 years now, so your best bet would be to uninstall opensa.
