I cant get SSI to work in apache 1.3.33

here is my httpd file and i have no clue what else i need to do
bold are the things i added from the original to try to get ssi to work


if anyone has apache 1.3.33 and has ssi working ok then please give me the httdp file you use!!! otherwise please comment on my code....
