Localhost page error
Hello all,
I am new to the web server stuff, but I think I have done everything correct, but I still cannot access http:localhost/ or http:127.0.0.1 I get page cannot be found. I installed Apache with no errors. It shows that the server is running. I do a netstat -an and there are no port 80 or 8080 in the list at all. I am running the latest version of apache on windows 2003 server. Any help would be great. |

did you forget to add your ip address or your localhost to the trusted list on windows 2003, since windows 2k3 server is more geared towards security.
also did you also enable it to have access through the windows firewall? ![]()
