Question Perl and Apache and Windows?????????

Now I have a problem-with Perl
I instaaled Perl and Apache server on Windows machine and try to run the server and go throu my web site.

When I call cgi script from my html page, I see the source code of the cgi sript , not the result of the script execution ?????
I did all the configurations, but now result. It looks like, the scripts are not associated with perl. I saved them with .cgi extention, but the icon looks like Windows doesn't know which program to choose to execute them. But there is no problem with .pl files, they are associated with perl and when I run this programs from consol, they are working fine. Could you tell me exactly which configurations to make to Apache server? May be there is something I missed.

maybe this might help (if u haven't solved your problem)

Hello there,

I had a same problem, which gave me a headache for about 6 weeks.
I think I have finally solved it, since all my .pl and .cgi programs run fine when I type
http://localhost/myprogram.pl (or.cgi). So if you have solved your problem, that's great.
Otherwise, why don't you try the configuration, which I fixed up just quite recently? Just copy and
paste the whole thing into your config file. Of course, don't forget to make a backup file for
your previous config. Hope this helps!!

don't copy and paste everything into your own config

Hello there,

Actually, just take it as a reference, and DON'T COPY AND PASTE THE WHOLE THING INTO YOUR OWN CONFIG!!
I just found out that there are some parts in the file that I sent, which you don't need. Sorry about that.
