Problemas en grande

hi,

im new to this forum and i couldnt find the proper answer to my question:

i have installed apache (2.0.5.8) on XP pro, runnin the server into dynDNS updater, funky thing is,on my machine (localhost) i can access the server allright but thru the dyndns i get an entrybox askin me to enter a username and password for my former DSL modem, but it doesnt take any valid entries and ends up on a "Protected Object - This object on the RomPager server is protected" which i usually get frommy router at home but theres no router in our office, or should talk to our officebuilding IT maintenance bitch if his router is the problem????

i been on this all weekend, anybody got an idea, id appreciate it greatly.
