Question Question about webserver/s setup

My company currently hosts our website on a Windows Server 2012 VM, which lives on a physical Linux server.

I've built an opensource helpdesk/ticketing system that we want our main webpage to link to (it runs on Linux/Apache), however I only have one physical machine to work with in our DMZ- the one that hosts our main page as well.

I was thinking of creating another VM on that box for the helpdesk webserver, but I was wondering how best to do this so that they can both coexist on the same physical machine. Do they need different IP addresses? Different ports? Or both? Just trying to wrap my head around the best way to set this up at the moment.
