W2003 Server / Firewall and 2 nic problem

W2003 Server / Firewall and 2 nic problem

I've got a W2003 server with 2 nic cards on separate networks. I am running an IIS web server on public IP Address on 1st nic and running file sharing on internal network on 2nd nic(10.10.x.x / 255.255.0.0).
All works fine until I add Netgear Router/Firewall to Public IP. I put the public IP address on router, and set Lan to 192.168.x.x / 255.255.255.0.
I cannot connect to the web server unless I disable the 2nd nic (Internal Network).

Anybody have any ideas ?
