Why u cant see ur pages from outside...

Here is one of the main reasons that will stop u from seeing ur page from outside /at least it was a problem i had /:
In ur Network Connection folder open ur LAN connection-> properties->firewall->advanced->choose ur lan card->settings. At the bottom there is a box Web Server /HTTP/. click it /this tells ur winXP that u'll be using it as web server as well/.
->for PPPoE u have to choose the properties and setting of ur PPPoE connection/not the lan card/.
another problem is ur firewall/zone alarm and other stuff/ ->check ur setting if it allows port 80 incomming traffic.
also check if in the apache config list u aded the ip adress of ur virual host corectly! http://www.whatismyip.com/
if u r using PPPoE /like me/ check if u have added the correct ip adress, not the one for ur lan network /192.168.0.1/ but ur PPPoE adress /212.116.140.79/...
